The invention of the atomic bomb changed the world forever—I aim to communicate this level of scale in my poster design.

I used a still frame from the film in which many atomic bombs are shown going off on Earth from a view in space, however I intentionally framed the shot so the explosion just encroaches on the edge of the frame. My goal was to evoke a visceral sense of impending doom, and create a sense of dread.
